Pick-up at your hotel
Your driver collects you wherever you're staying — a hotel in Naples, the cruise port, the airport, Napoli Centrale station, or anywhere along the coast such as Sorrento, Vico Equense, Sant'Agnello or Meta. Just tell us your address when you request the quote and we'll build the timing around it.
Positano
The first proper stop, and usually the one guests linger longest at. Time to wander the steep lanes down to the beach, browse the boutiques, or simply take in the view from one of the terraces above town. Your driver will suggest how much time makes sense before the road gets busier.

Back on the coast road, with photo stops where it's safe to pull over, before arriving in Amalfi itself. This is the natural point in the day for lunch — your driver can point you to a few trusted places at different price points, then leave you free to explore the Duomo and the town at your own pace.

Higher up and quieter, with clifftop gardens and views that reach along the whole coast — the spot most guests remember longest.

How long does the Amalfi Coast Full Day Tour last?
The tour usually runs about 8 hours door to door, typically from 9:00 to 17:00, though we can adjust the start time to fit your schedule, cruise ship departure, or flight.
Do you only pick up from Naples?
No — while Naples is the most common starting point, we regularly pick up and drop off in Sorrento, Vico Equense, Sant'Agnello, Meta and other towns along the coast, as well as hotels anywhere on the Sorrento Peninsula. Just tell us your address when requesting a quote and we'll confirm the same fixed price and adjust the timing to suit.
Which towns are included in the tour?
The classic itinerary covers Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, with a scenic drive along the whole SS163 coast road. We can adjust the balance of time between towns, or swap in Praiano or Minori, based on what you'd like to see most.
Is this a private tour or a shared group tour?
It's fully private — just your group, your driver and your car for the whole day. There's no fixed group size to wait for and no other travelers on board.
Is lunch included in the price?
Lunch isn't included in the fixed price, so you're free to choose where and what to eat. Your driver is happy to recommend a few trusted spots in Positano, Amalfi or Ravello that suit your budget and taste.
Do we walk a lot during the day?
Some walking is involved, especially in Positano and Amalfi's pedestrian centers, and optionally up to Ravello's gardens. The pace is entirely up to you — your driver waits at each stop for as long as you'd like.
What's the best time of year to do this tour?
The tour runs year-round. Spring and autumn tend to have the most comfortable weather and lighter traffic on the coast road. Summer is busier, especially through Positano at midday, so an earlier start helps.
How and when do I pay?
No prepayment is required to confirm the tour. You pay the driver directly at the end of the day, in cash (euro) or by card.
